God never wastes our pain. James wrote that the Christ-follower is to "Consider it pure joy when we face trials of many kinds." How is that even possible? Nobody likes pain. Do we just buck up and smile our way through pain. Isn't that disingenuous? Listen, watch, or read this sermon. Perhaps your pain will finally make sense.
