PRAISE AND PRAYER: 
Good Morning. 
we always thank God for his love and grace allowing us to serve here in Colombia by having you as our supporter for almost two decades. We are witnesses of the grace of God (1 Cor 8-9). 
As witnesses of grace, we would like you to accompany us on these occasions of praise and prayer to God. 
1. Church Planters: Last February we began a dream that we had each year: give a closer support to our church planters. These couples (12) are preparing to start a new church (SEE PICTURE). Please pray for them. They will be receiving 3 training seminars every year. We hope them to start the new churches El Redil, in the near future 
 
2. We have 7 pastors ready to take the IMMERSE program that will begin, God willing, next year. This training effort, supported by Northwest Baptist, will allow us to bring some of our pastors to the master's level. Education of good level and attached to the church is vital to face the current challenges in the vibrant Latin American church. 
3. With the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela, our churches are mobilizing to receive refugees and send donations, and missions teams, for this suffering country. Pray for us to continue mobilizing the people of God in actions of love!
4. Now, we would like to ask you to join us in prayer when considering the following financial request: 
During the last year, we have lost 10% of our financial support. Along with this, I entered in the last years before the pension. As you may know, the Colombian pension system does not assure us a dignified and sufficiently provided retirement. So we need to take action now for our near future. With the permission of our Fellowship International office in Guelph, we have been authorized to raise extra 10% funds to secure our pension. In this way, we need to raise 20% more support among our supporters. One of our support churches gave us the following idea that we would like you to consider: We have 14 churches and 16 individual supporters of our work in Colombia. If each of them increases our monthly support by 50 dollars, we will cover our monthly deficit of 1500 dollars (both to cover the salary deficit, as well as the pension fund). We ask you to prayerfully consider this request.
